Declarations of Interest
There were no declarations of interest
Minutes of the last meeting
The minutes of the last meeting were agreed, however, on page 53/2005 the following sentence should have just one ‘s’ after the work application
‘The Parish Council did not object to the application at Yew Tree Villa’
Matters arising
The clerk was to ask for a copy of the minutes of the meeting held by the Faversham area committee on or around the 29th September 2004 regarding the naming of the new site opposite the St Peter and St Paul Church.
Planning Applications
- SW/05/1206 Demolition of existing extensions and construction of new two storey rear extension at Yew Tree Villa
The Swale local plan currently says that a modest extension is not more than 60% of the original floor space. The extension at Yew Tree Villa would be less than a 50% increase.
The Parish Council did not object. Paragraphs 13, 20, 21 and 22 of the Parish Design statement should be adhered to We would also urge that white painted timber should be used for the windows.

The Parish Council did not object to the above.
Swale Borough Council decisions
The following have been granted permission from Swale Borough Council
- SW/05/0962Ground and First floor extension at Tickham Farmhouse, Lewson Street

There was no further planning business
There being no further business the Chairman closed the meeting at 7.55PM
