Minutes of a meeting of the Planning Committee held on Tuesday 11th. December 2007 at 7.00pm. in the Belle Friday Centre, London Road, Lynsted.
1. Members present.
Cllrs. R.Baxter ( Chairman ) H. F. Champion, A. Dawes, J. Disney, T. M. English.
2. Apologies for absence.
Apologies for absence were received from Cllr. Bowling due to a family commitment.
3. Minute Taker.
In the absence of a clerk Cllr. English agreed to record the minutes of the meeting.
4. Time set aside for members of the public to address the Committee.
There were no members of the public in attendance.
5. Declarations of Interest.
There were no declarations of interest.
6. To confirm the Minutes of the previous meeting of the Planning Committee held on 12th. November 2007.
Proposed Cllr. Dawes that the minutes be confirmed as a true record, seconded Cllr. Disney and unanimously agreed.
7. Matters Arising. - There were no matters arising.
8. To consider the following planning applications.
8.1. SW / 07 / 1354. New side extension, 3 Orchard Cottages, Norton Road, Norton. Proposed
Cllr. Disney that no objection be offered, seconded Cllr. Champion and unanimously agreed.
8.2. PN / 07 / 0099. New Farm Access Road. Hole Street Farm. Kingsdown. Proposed
Cllr. Champion that no objection be offered, seconded Cllr. Dawes and unanimously agreed.
8.3. SW / 07 / 823 / MR83 /R2 Noise assessment, Claxfield Farm. Claxfield Road. Lynsted.
Pursuant to condition 2 of SW / 04 / 823. --- noted.
9. Determinations by Swale Borough Council.
Application TP / 07 / 0083 Remove dead and rotting wood, lift lower growth, remove or reduce branches and reduce crown of Lime tree located on front lawn. Linden House. The Vallance. Lynsted. ---- allowed.
10. Any Other Business, for information only.
There being no other business, the Chairman closed the meeting at 7.22pm.
