Minutes of the Planning Meeting held on Monday 11th September 2006 at the Belle Friday Centre, London Road, Lynsted

Apologies were received from Cllrs Barrett and Jones who had family commitments.

There were no members of the Public wishing to speak

Minutes of the last meeting
The Minutes of the meeting held on the 29th August were approved, proposed by Cllr Baxter, seconded by Cllr Champion and agreed unanimously.
Matters arising
There were none
Planning Applications
- SW/06/0999 Single and two storey extension at Japonica cottage, Ludgate Lane. After some consideration the Parish Council did not object to this application. This was proposed by Cllr Bowling and seconded by Cllr Baxter. The building is within a conservation area.
- SW/06/1013 Single storey rear conservatory at 1 Park View Tickham Lane. This would be hidden from view. It was proposed by Cllr Baxter and seconded by Cllr Bowling and agreed by all present there should be no objection to this application.
Any Other Planning Business
Cllr Barrett had been asked by a Parishioner to report a structure in the garden of a house at St Peters Place. She had requested this be brought to the Council’s notice in her absence. She would be asked to find out where this structure was located.
The provision of Gypsy and Caravans sites was under discussion for the South East Plan. The Parish Council had an opportunity to comment on this document. It was agreed Cllr Baxter should respond in the time allotted.
