Minutes of the last meeting
The minutes of the meeting held on the 16th October were agreed. Proposed by Cllr Bowling, seconded by Cllr Champion and unanimously agreed
Matters arising
Correspondence had been received from the Planning Enforcement Office at Swale that the Mobile homes at Vicarage Farm were ancillary to the main property and were not therefore subject to any planning constraints. The clerk would compile a current list of outstanding enforcement points already with the enforcement team. That is:
- Toll House Garage
- The Mobile homes at Four Acres
- The Structure in the garden of 4 St Peters Place
Planning Applications
- SW/06/1174 - Outline application for 2 three bedroom semi-detached houses at the former garage site adjacent to John Nash close. Although no objection was agreed it was decided to ask that local residents be the first to be offered these houses. It was also felt that the outline application did not suitable parking for the two houses. The stacking arrangement would need more consideration.
There were no Planning Decisions
Any Other Planning Business
It was agreed that in future planning meetings would be held on a Tuesday.
There was another planning application already received. This would be considered on the 28th November at 7.00PM before the main meeting at 7.30PM
There being no further business the meeting closed at 8.00PM
