Minutes of the Planning Meeting held on Monday 13th June 2005 at the Belle Friday Centre, London Road, Lynsted

There were no declarations of interest
4. Minutes of the last meeting
The Minutes of the meeting held on the 11th May were agreed. Proposed by Cllr Champion and seconded by Cllr Disney.
5. Matters arising
- SW/05/0181, Works at Granfield
The Enforcement Officer at Swale had notified the Parish Council that although the works to the roof appear reasonably extensive the only criteria that is appropriate is effectively the ‘finished product’. How this is achieved would not be controllable under planning legislation. If any members felt that the works were not following the plans submitted then they should let Mr Hinckesman, Planning Enforcement Team, know and he would carry out a formal inspection. The clerk to find out if planning permission has been given.
6. Planning Applications
- SW/05/0518: Reinstatement of internal wall at Heathfield House, Ludgate Lane, Lynsted.
After some discussion the Parish Council did not object to the above application.
7. Planning Decisions by Swale Borough Council
There were no planning decisions
8. Any Other Planning Business
The For Sale sign at land at ‘the Cherries’ had been removed
Correspondence had been received from a Parishioner objecting about extended licencing hours requested by The Swan and The George Public houses, London Road. It was decided that since no other letters had been received the Council should do nothing.
Correspondence had been received from Mr Ronan about a Swale Local boards meeting on the 15th June. Cllr Baxter would attend if Cllr English was unable to.
The meeting closed at 8.15PM.
