2 Minutes of the Previous Meeting held on2nd May 2007
These minutes were not available.
3 Matters Arising from the Previous Meeting held on 10th April 2007
There were no matters arising as the previous minutes were not available.
4 Chairman’s Report
The Chairman had given his report as an end of term report at the meeting on the 10th April 2007.
5 Time Set Aside for Members of the Public to Address Council
There were no members of the public present.
6. Year End Accounts
The final end of year accounts, which have been internally audited, were presented at meeting.
Cllr Champion proposed that the accounts be accepted. This was seconded by Cllr Bowling and unanimously agreed.
7 Any Other Business – For Information Only
There being no further business, the meeting closed at 7.36 pm.
