Any Other Planning Business
Cllr Champion, on behalf of the Parish Council attended the Planning meeting at Swale House relating to the ‘The Cherries’ at Cambridge Lane. SW/06/0500
He spoke for the Parish Council reiterating the following from our planning letter. The site is in a rural area, outside the built up envelope Cambridge lane, the place of the site is very narrow with some blind bends The area has been designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty by C.P.R.E. The findings of the Inspector concurs with the Parish Council If allowed this would set a precedent for those wishing to buy cheap agricultural land and then developing it. The application was refused by all members.
Cllr Baxter thanked Cllr Champion for attending the meeting
There being no further business the meeting closed at 7.54PM
