Minutes of the Planning Meeting held on Monday 25th September 2006 at the Belle Friday Centre, London Road, Lynsted

Apologies were received from Cllrs Barrett and Jones who had family commitments.

Minutes of the last meeting
The minutes of the meeting held on the 30th May were agreed. Proposed by Cllr
Champion, seconded by Cllr Bowling and unanimously agreed
The minutes of the meeting held on the 11th September were agreed. Proposed by Cllr Bowling, seconded by Cllr Champion and agreed unanimously.
Matters arising
- There were no matters arising from the 30th May.
- Cllr Baxter agreed to respond to the strategic plan for the provision of Gypsy and Caravan sites.
- Cllr Barrett would let the clerk know which property had a new structure in the garden at St Peters Place to follow this up.
Planning Applications
- SW/06/0793 Two storey extension to the front and rear of the property and alterations to the garage at 9 The Vallance, amended plans. After some discussion Cllr Bowling proposed we do not object to this application. Cllr Champion seconded this proposal. Cllr English asked if all were in agreement. Cllr Baxter asked that we amend this decision to include the referral to the Parish Design Statement paragraph 20 as in our letter to Swale Borough Council for the original proposal. Cllr Bowling then proposed that we do not object to this application and include the reference to the Parish Design Statement paragraph 20. Cllr Champion seconded this and all agreed.
