Minutes of the Planning Meeting held on Tuesday 28th November at the Belle Friday Centre, London Road, Lynsted

No Apologies were received.
Cllrs were reminded that if for any reason they should not attend a meeting, apologies should be given to the clerk prior to the meeting.

There were no members of the Public wishing to speak

There were no declarations of interest
Minutes of the last meeting
The minutes of the meeting held on the 13th November were agreed. Proposed by Cllr Champion, seconded by Cllr Bowling and unanimously agreed
Matters arising
Assurance has been given that the two houses being built in John Nash close will be handed over to the Housing association for rent.
Planning Applications
- SW/06/1272 - Lawful development certificate for an existing outbuilding at Berkeley House - Cllr Baxter proposed we did not object to this application, Cllr Barrett seconded this and it was unanimously agreed
- SW/06/1287 - Moonshine Cottage, Insertion of conservation roof lights. The Parish Design Statement states that is does not approve of Velux lights. After some discussion the Parish Council did not object to this application. This proposal was given by Cllr Champion and seconded by Cllr Bowling.
There were no Planning Decisions
Any Other Planning Business
Another planning meeting was required, this would be held on the 12th December 7.30pm at the Belle Friday Centre
There being no further business the meeting closed at 7.20pm
At close of business, the Chairman made a presentation of a gift to Julia Kitt, outgoing Clerk in appreciation of her seven and a half years of service in support of the Parish Council.
