‘Name the Sculpture/Seat’  Competition!

A special ‘Sculpture/Seat’ has been built by Will Glanfield, with lots of help from the children of Lynsted and Norton Primary School.  It now stands as a centre-piece and focal point in our Community Orchard at Park Farm, Lynsted.

But it does not yet have a name!

The Orchard Group invites everyone in Lynsted with Kingsdown Parish, the School, and any other Lynsted Orchard supporters, to suggest a name for this magnificent oaken structure. Suggestions should be sent  to Bob Baxter or by phone: 521 515, by March 24th.  There will be a modest prize for the winning entry.

The successful entry will be announced at Blossom Day: Sunday April 17th.

To view the structure, simply walk along the public footpath through the Orchard.
