Frank, who is retired, has lived in London Road, Lynsted, for over 50 years, serving on the Parish Council for 11 years, and currently sits on the Finance, Planning, Standards and Property Committees. He also keeps an eye on local street lighting. He spends his spare time chairing the local sports association and sitting on several committees as a governor at the Lynsted and Norton School, where he is Vice-Chairman. Any remaining time is consumed with his life-time hobby of model aircraft and housework, having lost his wife some years ago.
