Welcome to Clerk to the Parish Council

On behalf of Lynsted with Kingsdown Parish Council, I am very pleased to welcome Mr Charles  Bennett as our new Clerk. Charles has recently retired after a career in the government Civil Service. He lives in Sittingbourne, but, as it happens, has a connection with Lynsted through his work as a Volunteer Reading Helper at Lynsted and Norton School.  

Charles started work on 14th January, and is steadily moving into action after our lengthy period without a clerk. We wish him a long and happy time with us.
